Do you accept returns if a customer just doesn't like a product?

We don’t accept returns if the customer just doesn’t like a product. Of course we accept returns in case of any defective item.

We accept returns if a product doesn’t fit, we understand that for certain items it can be difficult to guess the right size.

Do you accept returns if a product was damaged in shipping?

We don’t accept returns in case of damage caused by third parties.

Do you accept returns if a product is defective?

We accept returns if a product is defective.

Do you pay for return shipping or does the customer?

We pay for the return shipping if approved by us in advance (defective item, items that doesn’t fit, etc…)

Is there a time frame for accepting returns?

Returns are accepted when communicated – and approved- in 3 days from the reception of the goods.

Do you ship every day that you get an order - or maybe just once or twice per week?

Every single order is processed individually, so we ship every day that we get an order (of course considering the timing for production).

Will you issue refunds? If so, which scenarios will call for refunds?

In cases of defective item, we usually prefer exchanging it with another intact, though we are open to refunds if it’s more suitable for the customer.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

How long will delivery take?

As most of the items are produced “on demand”, it takes about 2 weeks producing and shipping.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will issue a payment receipt for each single order.
